Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and handled within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping Dispatch: Packages will be dispatched for shipping within 7 business days of the sale date (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Areas

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 35 ILS applies to all orders delivered within the shipping company's designated service areas.

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling 499 ILS or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

3. Local Pickup

  • Self-Pickup: Local pickup is available at no additional cost. If you choose this option, we will contact you via email or phone with instructions on when and where your order will be ready for collection.

4. Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of the order.

  • Trailbasepower is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
